
Mindfulness
Mindfulness focus on being in the present moment, without interpretation or judgment. It means slowing down to really notice what you're doing, maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we're sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.

Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. Practising mindfulness involves, meditation, breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Regular mindfulness practice is believed to help further psychological insight and emotional healing, over time. Mindfulness-based interventions, generally aimed at relieving symptoms of stress, mental health concerns, and physical pain, can be used to address and treat a range of symptoms and concerns.

I also offer Mindfulness as an integrated session with some of the other therapies such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy and Meditation. Duration of session up to 90 mins.
